LASORB L44-47-122-208-X

The L44-47-122-208-X series LASORB device is a 2-pin through-hole version of our ESD absorber, designed and tested specifically to protect red and infrared laser diodes and other optoelectronic devices that have an operating voltage up to 2.2V. It provides protection against reverse bias as well as fast-changing forward bias conditions. (Many times, laser diodes that operate within this voltage range are low power and very sensitive laser diodes. However, higher power C-mount IR diodes are also in this range).
